Working with Georgiana has opened me the doors to a completely new and healthy lifestyle. The main goal when we started the journey was to obtain a more toned and leaner body. 

Thanks to her dedication and help, apart from fulfilling my final goal, I have acquired a lot of new knowledge on how to live a durable healthy lifestyle. Her support, constant contact and continuos feedback, have been the elements that made this process so easy.


When we started the journey Daria mentioned to me that it was difficult to lose weight and that she was not sure what to do or where to start.
During our coaching Daria has developed great knowledge in regards to nutrition that helped her to take better choices when she went food shopping. She has adopted a balanced lifestyle that helped her achieve her weight loss goal without a restrictive diet ✅
The concept of coaching was revolutionary for her as she realized that she does not need to suffer in order lose weight!


When we started the coaching Jelena told me that something does not feel right, that she trains a lot but her nutrition is not balanced. That she feels hypoglycaemic and afraid of certain foods ❌
After the coaching Jelena did not feel guilty for eating certain foods such as burgers or pizza, she learned that she should not be afraid of eating fruits or whole foods.
She developed an understanding on how to deal with cravings and what foods items she should focus on to help her with her PMS.

I am really happy that I chose Georgiana as my coach and we started together my journey because alone I would have not been able to lose weight.

I didn’t just lost weight but I also learned to eat healthy and balanced and I understood the importance of having a good diet.
One very important thing that I have learned and will stay with me the rest of my life is to “know how to buy food”. Not all the food items in the supermarket are good or recommended and Georgiana taught me to check what are the best and consume those suitable for my goal.

The best part of the coaching is that I adapted to my lifestyle all the knowledge gathered and it became a way of living.
Following this approach where nothing is prohibited was great for me as I did not feel I was hungry because I was giving my body the necessary amount of calories without feeling restricted.

Overall, the coaching with Georgiana was amazing and complete and I would recommend it to everyone that would like to learn how to eat healthy in order to achieve their weight loss goals.

I would like to share in some words about my experience with Georgiana’s coaching programme.

At the beginning of 2020 for most of us our daily routine changed drastically, therefore my life was more sedentary than before. Additionally, at the end of 2020, I turned 40 years old. 

By then I was feeling a bit down because I was in my heaviest ever. Even though I tried to lose weight it was impossible. My friend started to lose weight at the beginning of 2021 and I asked her «secret» and I found out about Georgiana’s coaching program. 

For me it was very difficult to commit & to invest on my wellbeing (time and money). I thought that I did not have time and it won’t work for me. In other words, I was full of «excuses» but I thought “now it is the time otherwise it will get worse”. Beside the aesthetic part, I wanted to feel healthier and energised.

I gave it a try and I am very happy that I took that decision. I reached my goals and additionally, I learned a lot about nutrition and self-care. After some months after the coaching, I keep my good new routines and I know how to eat better.

Hello, my name is Perla and I am Georgiana’s client.

My motivation to receive Georgiana’s help was mostly because I wanted to learn to have a healthy relationship with food. In the same time, it interested me to receive information and knowledge regarding nutrition that could help me to change my diet. Working closely with Georgiana offered me all the necessary knowledge that I needed to have to reach my goals.

Right now, after 4 months of working with Georgiana I can speak about a nutrition lifestyle change. I learned to eat consciously and to take the best out of the aliments. Georgiana was during 4 months next to me every time I needed her, answering all my doubts or questions (that were really a lot 😁) and pushing me closer to my goal.

I believe that these 4 months of coaching were the best decision that I have taken because all the knowledge gathered from Georgiana regarding nutrition will be with me the rest of my life.



I have been working with Georgiana for 3 months and I can give a great feedback to her coaching.

I am really happy that I had the opportunity to meet her as well as working together. She is a really nice person and I appreciate a lot her help during my weight loss process. Her advices as well as her recipes were great and simple to follow. This made everything much easier for me.

Our communication was free, friendly and I felt that my desires and needs are being taken into consideration and that I am free to express myself as well as being understood. This was great for me.

Before starting the coaching I was already doing a lot of sports and managed to lose only 1 Kg in months. This made me frustrated and demotivated. I thought that I am doing everything right but I was stagnating in my journey. I did not know what else I can do to lose body-fat.

After working with Georgiana I finally understood what I was doing wrong. I found the right and sustainable balance between the week-days and weekend. I realised that having a balance between my macros is key to success.

Without all this learning and Georgiana by my side I would have not been able to lose weight. I realised that everything is possible with guidance and consistency in what we are doing!

I am super happy with my transformation and the knowledge that I gathered in the process.

Hello, I am Pamela and I am one of Georgiana’s clients. I am very content, with the working process that Georgiana used for me since the beginning. 

Before meeting her I had no hope or motivation to start losing weight as I thought it is too complicated and I will not be able to do it. She educated and thought me how to develop a healthy relationship with food in order to get the results that I needed. Just after 2 months I was 6 kilos less than when we started and this gave me an amazing feeling that I can not describe in words.

My heart was like that of a 70 years old person (I am 40 years old). A simple relative fast walking was problematic for me. I was driving to the usual grocery shopping which in fact is just 6 minutes walking time. I had complete disregard of what I ate.

For the FIRST TIME in my life I was committed to become a better version of himself. The journey was more than just losing some kilos, it became a fundamental change in my lifestyle. 

10 months after the coaching I am 40 kilos less, completing 3 workouts at the gym plus one bike ride per week. I have high self-confidence and self-esteem.
