Importance of staying hydrated

Some of us put so much importance on their eating habits but don’t consider hydration as a priority.

Have you ever said to yourself right after eating “I just ate but I am still hungry”?

There is a high probability of you actually being thirsty and not hungry.

The lack of hydration can make you feel exhausted and have a poor concentration, especially on a caloric deficit.

  • Carry a water bottle with you everywhere you go seeing it will remind you to drink water.
  • When you feel hungry drink 1-2 glasses of water after 10 minutes re-evaluate how you feel.
