Healthy pancakes

• 40 grams of oats
• one banana (100-120grams)
• 50 ml of soya milk or one egg
• I add kiwi, blueberries, mango and 15 grams of peanut butter. I also sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
Mix everything together in a blender, cook them and decorate with your favourite fruits.
I love the combination of blueberries (that contain antioxidants) with kiwis (that have a high amount of fibres) but you can use any fruits.
Total calories of the pancakes: 335kcal (without the extra fruits and the peanut butter).
With fruits and peanut butter, they have around 500-600 calories depending on how much you add.
