Drinking your calories?

“I am eating healthy and small amounts of food but I am still not losing weight”
First of all you need to check if you are actually on a caloric deficit.

If you are then it means that your calories are coming from what you are drinking .
1g of alcohol = 7 calories (actually more than 1g or protein or carbs that = 4 calories)

Often we do not tend to track what we drink as we believe that it does not count as calories. Actually it does, and even more than we think.

If you want to lose weight try to reduce the amount of alcohol or juices consumed or keep a track of it you will see results on your weight loss progress.
